Turtle House and Pelican Cottage
Turtle House is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath home on 2 levels with approx. 3000 sf. The upper level has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with modern kitchen and dining room. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with a kitchenette and a game room. The large front, living room connects to both levels. Out back is a beautiful 2400 sf dock that has been recently updated with 2 boat slips, 2 personal water craft slips, picnic table and plenty of room for swimming and fishing from the dock.
Pelican Cottage is a 2 bedroom, one bath cottage that has been completely remodeled with all the modern comforts of home. The Pelican Cottage is next door to the Turtle House and they can be rented together or separately. The Turtle House can accommodate up to 18 guests and the Pelican Cottage will accommodate up to 8. Private dock just steps away from the back door.

Great Stay
The property is conveniently located and quick to get to from the highway. It was very clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the Lillypad and kayaks provided at the dock. Boat rentals are nearby. The layout of the property was great, with three bedrooms upstairs, and three downstairs (one open concept), with a kitchen on each floor. Plenty of common areas to hang out inside. Large patio. Located in a nice-sized cove for tubing and jet skiing. Also, a public boat ramp is literally steps away. Large covered dock with two boat slips, and two PWC docks.Jason B.
