Poseidon Properties, Grand Lake Oklahoma
Grand Lake Area
Grand Lake O’ the Cherokees boasts 1,300 miles of Native Oklahoma shoreline and is ideally located in the Northeast corner of the state, called Green Country. Grand is consistently ranked among the top lakes for bass fishing in the region. Grove is 30 miles from the Kansas Stateline, 20 miles from the Arkansas Stateline, and 10 miles from the Missouri Stateline. In Grove you can enjoy the conveniences of city life and yet experience the pleasure of a small lakefront town in rural America. Grove is the largest town (7000+ pop.), nicely developed with Clubs, Marinas, Sport Centers, Antique Shops, Civic Center, and Casinos.
We have stayed at many lake houses over the last few years and this one was the greatest by far! The owners provided EVERYthing we could think of and more. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is big and there was a huge table that was big enough for our whole group. The dock was so nice with 2 boat slips and 2 jet ski docks – all of which we took advantage of. We loved the kayaks and the inflatables! Lots to do even if you don’t have a boat. And the owners were great – super nice and very helpful! We’ve already booked again for next year.
Matt and Kimberley met us at the house upon our arrival to go over everything we needed to know. This was the best property on Grand Lake we have stayed at over the last 4 years. Quiet neighborhood and large dock for two boats and more if we had it. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Just to demonstrate the customer service we experienced, we had blown a boat trailer tire on our way up and were without a spare. Matt took the blown tire and returned with a fresh spare ready for our trip home. Don’t see that kind of help anymore. Thank you again for a great stay.
